Computer Coding Projects

The following are examples of student coding projects. For the monogram examples, students demonstrated their understanding of the (x, y) Coordinate Plane by dragging in command blocks and then manipulating those lines of code to draw out their initials (monogram) in a fun, colorful, and creative way. One of the other coding projects required students to choose a logo to recreate using their new understanding of shapes and the parameters used to manipulate each of those shapes.  The Chatbot projects in the right-hand column challenged students to use their newfound knowledge of the conditionals "If" and "Else" to make a more interactive user experience where the program is dependent upon how the user answers the questions that were created by the students.  Simply select a link and click the green play button. However, take note of the lines of code on the left hand side. Can you determine the connections between the code on the left and the images on the right?
